Online Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

The customer has the right to cancel the service as long as it has not been initiated and within a specified period of 48 hours. If this period has expired or the work team has started implementing the service, you will not be able to request its cancellation or refund.

The customer must inform for the cancellation request by contacting the customer service team or sending a written request via email.

In the event of cancellation before work commencement, we will refund the full amount paid without any additional fees.

Refund Policy:

After the work has started on the service, the amount paid cannot be refunded.

In the event of a technical problem or an error on our part affecting the quality of the service provided, the customer has the right to request issue resolution or modifications to meet the agreed requirements, without any additional cost to the customer.

The customer must inform us of any problem or objection within a specified time period of 48 hours after the service delivery.

Request for Modifications:

The customer has the right to request modifications to the service provided according to the agreed scope of work.

The customer must request two modifications within a specified time period of 48 hours after the service delivery. In the case of additional modifications beyond the agreed scope of work, Desline has the right to determine additional charges amounting to 10% of the total service price and an extended delivery time.
